What are the access hours?
All of our self storage tenants will have access from 5AM to 11PM to their storage rental space. For Hobby shop & RV/Boat Parking tenants, they will have 24/7 access hours.
What is NokeONE Smart Entry?
NokeOne Smart Entry is a Bluetooth electronic lock with total access for you to easily connect to your unit from your smart device. No more keys or combinations to keep up with!
What sort of security measures do you offer?
Our facility is completely covered by video surveillance, including all entry/exit gates. We are fenced in and very well lit up. Our software tracks gate codes and who is onsite. Along with our NOKE Smart latch which is accessed through an app to unlock and lock your unit.
Does your insurance cover the contents of my space?
No, we do not insure your items. It will be the tenant’s responsibility to procure insurance if they wish to insure the contents of their storage unit. We do offer a third-party insurance company where you can pay additional monthly fees to insure your items through their service. Ask about it with Management.
Why do I need a code to leave your facility when I’ve already used it for entry?
We do not leave the gate open at any time, including during office hours. This is for your security. The gate will close automatically after each entrance and exit. It will be necessary to enter your code on both.
Do you have any move in specials?
We strive to be the most affordable self storage facility in Johnson County. Offering unbeatable move in specials. Current specials can always be found on the website or you can contact us directly.
Do I have to sign a long-term lease?
No, we do not require a long-term agreement but we do offer long term storage. You can ask Management about how this works. Your rental agreement with Mouser Self Storage is a standard TSSA self storage month to month lease.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, you can pay with a credit card. We take Discover, Visa, and Mastercard. We also offer a convenient solution for our tenants, automatic credit/debit card services. Other forms of payment accepted is check and money orders.
What size storage units for rent are available?
We offer a variety of sizes for anyone’s storage needs, from a 10×10 unit all the way up to a 20×30 w/electricity, including plenty of options in between.
Can others have access to my storage rental space if I allow it?
You may designate any person or persons that will be allowed to access your space when you fill out your storage unit rental agreement. Only those people listed on your agreement will be allowed access.
I have an RV and I would like to periodically charge the battery during inactive periods. Do your RV self storage spaces come equipped with electricity?
All of our covered awning spaces for RV or boat storage are equipped with electricity for your charging needs. Electrical outlets are available in all spaces ranging from 12×35 to 13×50.
